Laser hair removal

New unused hair removal laser, I tried to turn it on but didn't know how. Maybe there's a defect or maybe I just don't know how to operate it. I bought it for 700 and never used it. I bought it and left it for about 5 years without using after purchase. And when I decided to use it, it didn't work. Whoever wants to buy it can try.
