Responsibilities Lead the development of design concepts and manage the architectural design process from inception through completion. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs, translating ideas into actionable designs. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, models, and presentations using CAD and other design tools. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to integrate all aspects of project design. Conduct design reviews, ensuring designs adhere to regulations, codes, and quality standards. Mentor and supervise junior architects and design staff, fostering professional development. Stay updated with trends in architecture and design, incorporating innovative techniques into projects. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. A minimum of 18 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proven expertise in leading design projects and managing teams effectively. In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices. Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. Licensure as a registered architect is preferred.
