We seek a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience managing complex projects from initiation through closure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in managing and working in Governmental projects. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and navigating challenges in a dynamic environment. Requirements • Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and business goals. • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, while optimizing human and financial resources to maximize efficiency. • Proactively manage project risks, issues, and changes, adopting both agile and waterfall methodologies as needed. • Implement quality assurance processes and monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations. • Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment, and resolve conflicts to ensure a productive project atmosphere. • Develop and implement a communication plan to engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, acting as the primary point of contact for clients. • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, standards, and best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation within project management practices. • Oversee the handover of project deliverables, ensure deliverables acceptance, conduct post-project evaluations, and ensure all project documentation is completed and archived. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years in Project Management. • Proven track record of experience in managing and working in Governmental projects. • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a must. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana). • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Visio) • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with higher ranks and upper management, both internal and external. • Fluent in English & Arabic. • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities. • Adaptability to changing project environments and stakeholder needs.
