Senior Manager - Design Integration
About the Role: The Senior Manager - City Design Integration will play a critical role within NEOM The LINE’s City Design Integration team, supporting the overall design integration of city design activities. Reporting to the Director - Design Integration, this role focuses on integrating city wide design workflows, ensuring collaboration across various design packages, and helping to deliver a cohesive, high-quality urban environment. You’ll work hands-on with the Architectural and Engineering design teams, ensuring that NEOM’s ambitious vision is executed effectively and to the highest standards. What You'll Do: Assist the Director - Design Integration in managing and overseeing the integration of all design efforts across NEOM The LINE, including collaboration with Urban Designers, Neighbourhood Architects and engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, and consultants for critical city assets like basements and technical floors. Act as a key point of contact for design teams, facilitating effective communication and coordination to ensure all design components align with NEOM’s overall vision and quality objectives. Identify and integrate the daily activities of various design teams, ensuring that timelines are met, design conflicts are resolved, and the integration process runs smoothly. Manage design deliverables, tracking progress, ensuring deadlines are adhered to, and providing feedback to ensure high standards of design and functionality are maintained. Support the Director in problem-solving complex design integration challenges, ensuring all city design elements work together both functionally and aesthetically. Work closely with internal teams and external consultants to gather design information, facilitate cross-team collaboration, and drive alignment between design and technical requirements. Ensure that design processes and outputs are aligned with NEOM’s sustainability, innovation, and quality goals. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members within City Design Coordination, contributing to a culture of collaboration and excellence. What We’re Looking For: 22+ years of experience in architecture, urban design, building engineering, or a related field, with significant experience managing design coordination on large-scale urban development projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and disciplines. A solid understanding of urban design principles, infrastructure integration, and public realm development. Proven experience managing complex design processes, including tracking deliverables, solving design conflicts, and ensuring alignment across teams. Ability to balance day-to-day design management with strategic problem-solving to meet project goals and standards. Familiarity with sustainable and innovative urban design practices, along with a commitment to driving design excellence. A collaborative approach and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Senior Manager Engineering Management
The Senior Manager – Engineering Management will ensure the development of effective strategies, engineering management plans, engineering activities schedule (including critical and strategic milestones), risk identification and mitigation plans, resource strategy, forecast resource plans, stakeholder management plan, communication plan, report preparation & presentation and compliance with applicable Neom standards & practices reporting plan.   The Senior Manager – Engineering Management is accountable for managing their team of permanent and or temporary staff including any assigned resources, discipline engineers, subject matter experts, secondees and consultants in order to deliver the agreed engineering milestones and outcomes. The Senior Manager – Engineering Management, on a day-to-day basis, will report to their assigned Project Manager/Director on project related matters and will provide all necessary work output, support, guidance, and advice as may be required or requested by the Project Manager/Director.  In addition, the Senior Manager – Engineering Management will report to the Director of Engineering – Special Projects on matters of strategic and or critical engineering importance, general project status and project progress updates of material concern and on matters of leave and pay. Project Name: NEOM PROJECT (The line). Role Purpose: - The Operations Inspector shall provide inspection and oversight the Operations and Assets related to NEOM Operations Facilities Management Department and shall liaise with the internal and external stake holders for all other organizations, to ensure efficient and high-quality services are established, maintained and updated. He/she shall also be responsible for ensuring that proper and correct documents and tasks are planned, carried out and documents are stored. Thorough inspections and follow‐ups are expected to ensure all operations meeting NEOM standards. The Operations Inspector will work as part of FM Operations to ensure service monitoring and delivery and may also be requested to participate in other department activities Requirements Key Accountability and Activities: - The Operations Inspector shall be highly organized and work well in a fast‐paced environment, where their key activities shall include, but not be limited to.  Undertake planned and unplanned inspections of Operations for compliance to Service Delivery Standards and Operational Policies & Procedures  Deliver a robust inspection ensuring submissions and reports have clear actions with achievable close out dates when issued to managers and leaders.  Ensure all service standard Nonconformities and actions are recorded to the relevant risk platform and actions are tracked through to closure, escalating issues that constitute business risk.  Advise on technical and process issues and assist management where necessary.  Perform risk assessments.
