As a Manager, you will work closely with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices in reporting and operational processes. Responsibilities Manage the reporting process to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data delivery. Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve efficiency and quality. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and develop relevant documentation. Lead projects aimed at enhancing reporting functionality and data integrity. Stay updated with industry trends to ensure that JASARA implements the best practices in reporting and process management. Provide training and support to team members regarding reporting tools and methodologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or process improvement. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proven experience in managing and leading teams. Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of construction or project management processes is a plus. Project management certification is advantageous.

Monitor and report project details to the SLT project management function, including progress, risks, and opportunities in a timely manner Provides guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult project control problems. Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts status against an established baseline schedule. Assesses the impact(s) of design or construction changes and schedule slippages. Develops and maintains critical path logic networks and bar charts utilizing this information. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists and make strategic decisions to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively. About the Role: The Senior Manager - City Design Integration will play a critical role within NEOM The LINE’s City Design Integration team, supporting the overall design integration of city design activities. Reporting to the Director - Design Integration, this role focuses on integrating city wide design workflows, ensuring collaboration across various design packages, and helping to deliver a cohesive, high-quality urban environment. You’ll work hands-on with the Architectural and Engineering design teams, ensuring that NEOM’s ambitious vision is executed effectively and to the highest standards. What You'll Do: Assist the Director - Design Integration in managing and overseeing the integration of all design efforts across NEOM The LINE, including collaboration with Urban Designers, Neighbourhood Architects and engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, and consultants for critical city assets like basements and technical floors. Act as a key point of contact for design teams, facilitating effective communication and coordination to ensure all design components align with NEOM’s overall vision and quality objectives. Job Summary: The Junior Project Accountant supports the financial management of projects by assisting with Timesheets , invoicing , and reporting. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that the timekeeping reports and invoice backups are in compliance with contractual requirements and company policies. The Junior Project Accountant works closely with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to provide timely and reliable financial information.
