In our societies, reputation and what others say are among the most important drivers of behavior for the vast majority of individuals, and among the primary deterrents preventing them from engaging in many actions—even if they are personally convinced of them. Here, individuals often consider "what people think" to a degree that may exceed their regard for themselves, from daily behaviors to life-changing decisions. Many of us do not necessarily view this as negative, given that humans are inherently "social beings," and thus it may not be entirely within their control to disregard others' opinions about them. We will discuss this matter from entirely different perspectives, attempting to delve deeply into the idea, broadening our understanding and expressing our thoughts in a space free from judgment and labeling.
