The BMS Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of BMS for social infrastructure projects in alignment with Vision 2030. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities, from overseeing the design and installation of BMS systems to leading a team of technicians and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions. Responsibilities Develop and implement BMS strategies, policies, and processes to enhance the operational performance of all systems. Oversee the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS systems across multiple projects. Coordinate and support project teams to ensure timely execution and effective operation of BMS solutions. Lead and manage a team of BMS engineers and technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Provide training and support to staff on BMS functionality and operation. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders regarding project status and system performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge in construction Stadium it will be Plus. Minimum of 20 years of experience in BMS management or related roles within the construction and Cities experiences Proficient knowledge of various BMS software platforms and technologies (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, KNX). Strong understanding of HVAC systems, energy management, and automation technologies. Excellent leadership capabilities with experience managing technical teams. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

The Senior Manager – Engineering Management will ensure the development of effective strategies, engineering management plans, engineering activities schedule (including critical and strategic milestones), risk identification and mitigation plans, resource strategy, forecast resource plans, stakeholder management plan, communication plan, report preparation & presentation and compliance with applicable Neom standards & practices reporting plan. Experience in Dialux, ETAP software and BIM Knowledge of KSA authority regulations and previous experience of liaising with and obtaining approval from Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) An Engineering Master’s degree would be an advantage. Any other relevant post-graduate degrees/diplomas would also be an advantage. Professional registration in respective discipline (i.e. Chartered Engineer or similar) is necessary. Registration as a Project Management Professional (PMP) would be an advantage. A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in dry utilities project management. Proven experience planning, designing and delivery of large-scale and complex dry utilities projects. Possess a strong knowledge of design principles, techniques, and best practices related to dry utilities. Able to define design criteria, specifications and operational requirements. Experience in delivery to program, balancing competing requirements on project to deliver design outcome (e.g. cost v. time v. quality).  Previous KSA/Middle East experience will be an advantage. Diverse experience working within Mega/large scale complex design and construction programs across private and/or government sectors would be an advantage. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget is necessary. Experience in coordinating and executing design activities, managing design consultants, engaging with stakeholders and coordinating design team members is crucial for this role.
