JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Senior Manager – Plumbing and Fire Protection Working as part of a single THE LINE organization to be accountable for the successful delivery of the Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering from a Design and Construction strategy and systems perspective of THE LINE region. Key Responsibilities ·       Experience with Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering from a consultant and client perspective, experience with approvals process in KSA an asset. ·       Experience with super high-rise, complex iconic projects with world class architectural design firms an asset ·       Experience with SBC and/or US codes and standards an asset ·       Experience in process mapping and process modelling tools. ·       Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. ·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. ·       Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. ·       Competence in negotiating with stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. ·       Flexibility to adjust engagement strategies based on changing circumstances or feedback. ·       Ability to lead and influence others to achieve desired outcomes. ·       Uphold ethical standards in all stakeholder interactions and communications. Key Accountabilities ·       Successful delivery of the Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering Strategy, Design and Construction scope for THE LINE in a manner that supports the successful delivery of the project goals in terms of budget, schedule, quality and sustainability. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience ·       Minimum of 15 years of experience in Electrical Engineering and related fields + Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree Preferred ·       Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with diverse stakeholder groups. ·       Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. ·       Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. ·       High level of emotional intelligence and diplomacy.

About the Role: The Senior Manager - City Design Integration will play a critical role within NEOM The LINE’s City Design Integration team, supporting the overall design integration of city design activities. Reporting to the Director - Design Integration, this role focuses on integrating city wide design workflows, ensuring collaboration across various design packages, and helping to deliver a cohesive, high-quality urban environment. You’ll work hands-on with the Architectural and Engineering design teams, ensuring that NEOM’s ambitious vision is executed effectively and to the highest standards. What You'll Do: Assist the Director - Design Integration in managing and overseeing the integration of all design efforts across NEOM The LINE, including collaboration with Urban Designers, Neighbourhood Architects and engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, and consultants for critical city assets like basements and technical floors. Act as a key point of contact for design teams, facilitating effective communication and coordination to ensure all design components align with NEOM’s overall vision and quality objectives. Identify and integrate the daily activities of various design teams, ensuring that timelines are met, design conflicts are resolved, and the integration process runs smoothly. What We’re Looking For: 22+ years of experience in architecture, urban design, building engineering, or a related field, with significant experience managing design coordination on large-scale urban development projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and disciplines. A solid understanding of urban design principles, infrastructure integration, and public realm development. Proven experience managing complex design processes, including tracking deliverables, solving design conflicts, and ensuring alignment across teams. Ability to balance day-to-day design management with strategic problem-solving to meet project goals and standards.
