JASARA PMC is currently seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Plumbing/Wet Services to join our team. As an SME in Plumbing/Wet Services, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance in the design, installation, and maintenance of plumbing and wet services systems. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that plumbing and wet services systems are designed and installed in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities: Provide subject matter expertise in plumbing and wet services systems Review and evaluate plumbing and wet services designs and installations Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders Participate in the development of plumbing and wet services specifications and guidelines Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in plumbing and wet services systems Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in plumbing and wet services systems Strong knowledge of plumbing and wet services design, installation, and maintenance Experience in reviewing and evaluating plumbing and wet services designs and installations Proficiency in relevant codes, standards, and regulations Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders Professional certifications in plumbing and wet services are preferred Benefits Project benefits: Company accommodation (single occupancy) Company transportation Meals Laundry

About the Role: The Senior Manager - City Design Integration will play a critical role within NEOM The LINE’s City Design Integration team, supporting the overall design integration of city design activities. Reporting to the Director - Design Integration, this role focuses on integrating city wide design workflows, ensuring collaboration across various design packages, and helping to deliver a cohesive, high-quality urban environment. You’ll work hands-on with the Architectural and Engineering design teams, ensuring that NEOM’s ambitious vision is executed effectively and to the highest standards. What You'll Do: Assist the Director - Design Integration in managing and overseeing the integration of all design efforts across NEOM The LINE, including collaboration with Urban Designers, Neighbourhood Architects and engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, and consultants for critical city assets like basements and technical floors. Act as a key point of contact for design teams, facilitating effective communication and coordination to ensure all design components align with NEOM’s overall vision and quality objectives. Identify and integrate the daily activities of various design teams, ensuring that timelines are met, design conflicts are resolved, and the integration process runs smoothly.
