 Premium Solutions Consultancy, Qatar is recruiting for a client in Saudi Position: Technical Evaluator Specialties: Electrical/ Inspection/ Instrumentation/Laboratory /Mechanical/Technical/Machinist Job Responsibilities: Develop Job Task Standards (JTS) and evaluate mentees. Ensure objectivity and quality control in on-the-job certification. Complete all relevant documentation during mentee tasks, ensuring safety at all times. Evaluate mentees based on task performance and adherence to operational standards. Sign off on Job Task Standards (JTS) certification tasks. Provide feedback and guidance to mentees and mentors. Report task evaluation results to the training tracking system coordinator. Job Details: Contract Status: Single Work Days & Hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day Requirements Experience: Minimum 10 years in technical areas of Refining, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industries with a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Alternatively, 20 years' experience without a bachelor's degree. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or another equivalent technical field. About the Role: The Senior Manager - City Design Integration will play a critical role within NEOM The LINE’s City Design Integration team, supporting the overall design integration of city design activities. Conduct functional and technical testing for Oracle HRMS modules including: Core HR, Absence Management, Self-Service, and Payroll. Execute end-to-end test scenarios on Oracle screens: personal data, work structure, absence, and self-service interfaces. Validate configurations and data integrity after deployments or patching activities. Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both positive and negative testing. Identify and report system defects; track bugs through resolution using test management tools. Perform regression, integration, and system testing across HRMS workflows. Verify and validate user access, permissions, and data security constraints. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing testing environments and assisting business users.
