

Owners' Association Service 1. Daily – Staircase cleaning, corridor cleaning, external sidewalk cleaning, parking area cleaning, elevator cleaning. 2. Weekly – Deep cleaning of staircase, corridors, external sidewalk, parking areas, and elevators. 3. Annually – Cleaning, maintenance, and disinfection of underground and overhead water tanks in accordance with the Ministry of Water specifications. 4. Weekly – Cleaning of the ground-floor entrance of the building. 5. Quarterly – Periodic roof cleaning, especially after rainfall. 6. Annually – Cleaning and maintenance of surveillance camera systems in common areas. 7. ✔ – Right-side floor cleaning. 8. ✔ – Ground-floor cleaning and preparation. 9. ✔ – Maintenance of building fire protection systems. 10. ✔ – Maintenance of elevator fire protection systems. 11. ✔ – Maintenance of interior and exterior lighting systems. 12. ✔ – Maintenance of plumbing and electrical systems in common areas. 13. ✔ – Periodic elevator maintenance, if applicable. 14. Every four months – Landscaping and green area maintenance. 15. Monthly – Cleaning of inspection chambers, fountains, and elevators during pest control spraying. 16. Three times per year – Coordination with cleaning services and general building cleaning activities. 17. Three times per year – Provision of sewerage clearance services. 18. Once daily – Provision of water supply clearance services. 19. Collection of general waste from residential units and transportation to designated waste containers.
