JASARA PMC is currently hiring a Senior Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As a Senior Infrastructure Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our infrastructure systems and networks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure the availability, performance, and security of our infrastructure. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of infrastructure professionals. Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's infrastructure systems and networks. Collaborate with internal teams to assess infrastructure needs, recommend solutions, and develop infrastructure strategies. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects and services. Oversee the configuration and maintenance of network hardware, software, and security systems. Develop and implement infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards. Lead infrastructure projects, including planning, resource allocation, and monitoring of project timelines and budgets. Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the infrastructure systems and networks. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide timely resolution. Stay up-to-date with the latest infrastructure trends, technologies, and best practices. Manage and develop a high-performing team of infrastructure professionals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure management roles. Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems, networks, and security best practices. Experience with cloud technologies, virtualization, and network administration. Proven experience in managing and leading infrastructure projects and teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
