The tank is in good condition with iron canopy bases; whoever wants them can remove them for free. It needs a new cover ((needs lifting)). The tank is on the roof - third floor - and the building is on a main street; disassembly and transportation are the buyer's responsibility... The pump is in good condition, has been used for two years, and has no issues. The pressure switch is less than a month old and newly installed. Tank: 500 SAR. Pump and switch: 200 SAR.
