JASARA PMC is actively searching for a Communications/Stakeholder Manager to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing both internal and external communications while also cultivating strong relationships with various stakeholders. Your expertise will be essential in developing effective communication strategies that promote JASARA PMC's mission and enhance stakeholder engagement, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned with our project objectives. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational goals and stakeholder needs. Create and manage communication materials including press releases, reports, presentations, and social media content. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government officials, and community organizations. Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events to ensure effective stakeholder engagement. Monitor stakeholder feedback and address concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication across the organization. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communication and stakeholder management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. 15-20 years of experience in communications and stakeholder management, preferably in the infrastructure, construction or engineering sector. Strong understanding of communication strategies, media relations, and stakeholder engagement practices. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and communication software. Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable.

Key Roles & Responsibilities Material Receipt & Verification Receive all incoming MEP and Civil materials, equipment, and consumables at site stores. Verify quantity, quality, and specifications against delivery notes, purchase orders, and approved material submittals. Check for damages, discrepancies, and expiry; raise inspection requests with QA/QC for approvals. Storage & Preservation Organize proper storage of materials with tagging, segregation, and protection as per manufacturer guidelines. Maintain safe storage conditions for sensitive MEP equipment (e.g., electrical panels, pumps, fire fighting equipment) and Civil materials (cement, steel, tiles, etc.). Ensure materials are preserved to avoid deterioration, moisture, or handling damage. Issuance & Inventory Control Issue materials to site teams only against approved requisitions and maintain proper records. Monitor consumption and maintain minimum stock levels to avoid shortages. Track tools, equipment, and consumables; maintain issue/return registers. Prevent misuse, pilferage, or wastage of materials.
