Director of Guest Experience - Saudi
Salary package: Market related with full expat benefits What does this role entail? As the Guest Experience Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing all aspects of the guest journey, ensuring an exceptional, seamless, and personalized experience from arrival to departure. You will lead the development and execution of guest experience strategies, manage guest feedback, and ensure that the resort or hotel consistently delivers high-quality service that aligns with the company’s luxury standards. This role involves driving a culture of excellence in guest service, training team members, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and loyalty. You will be overseeing the Front Office, Concierge, Guest Relations, and VIP services, ensuring consistent, high-quality service. What does our ideal profile look like for this Guest Experience role? Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in guest services or hospitality operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience working with luxury hospitality brands or resorts – island resort experience is beneficial too Multilingual proficiency, particularly in Arabic and English, to better engage with international guests. Experience in implementing technology-driven solutions for guest service enhancement. Extensive experience in guest services or operations management within luxury hospitality. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead teams to achieve exceptional guest service standards. Ability to manage guest expectations, resolve conflicts, and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and tact. Ability to think creatively and strategically to improve guest experiences and operational efficiency. A passion for delivering exceptional hospitality, with a guest-first mindset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities -Equipment Preparation and Setup Prepare and set up machines according to production requirements, ensuring proper operation. -Operation and Monitoring Operate machinery during production and continuously monitor performance to ensure efficiency and product quality. -Quality Inspection Regularly inspect produced products to ensure they meet quality standards and promptly address any defects. -Maintenance and Cleaning Perform daily equipment maintenance and cleaning to keep machines in good condition and reduce downtime. -Troubleshooting and Repairs Conduct basic troubleshooting and repair of equipment when issues arise, and coordinate with technicians if needed. -Record Keeping and Reporting Accurately record production data and machine performance, and report any abnormalities to supervisors. -Compliance with Safety Regulations Strictly follow operational procedures and safety standards to ensure personal and team safety. Qualifications / Requirements Education: Typically requires a high school diploma or vocational training; relevant technical certificates are a plus. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in machine operation or a related field. Skills: Familiarity with production processes and machinery; ability to use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, scales); good analytical and numerical skills. Physical Requirements: Good physical stamina and endurance to handle the demands of the job.
