As a Cost Engineer at Eram Talent, you will be responsible for analyzing project costs, developing cost estimates, and tracking project expenses. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time. Responsibilities Analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to determine project costs. Create accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects. Monitor and track project expenses, providing regular cost reports. Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering solutions. Collaborate with project teams to develop cost control strategies. Review and approve contractor invoices and change orders. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. experience as a Cost Engineer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, and cost control principles. Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office Suite. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Experience in the Oil & Gas or Construction industry is a plus.
