Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Specialist in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the overall maintenance and operational activities of our facilities, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in implementing O&M best practices and contributing to the continuous improvement of our operational processes. Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of O&M strategies and plans for facility management. Assist in coordinating daily operations activities to ensure a smooth workflow. Monitor the performance of maintenance teams, ensuring work is completed according to scheduled timelines. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns. Collaborate with the engineering team to facilitate repairs and upgrades of systems and equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment logs. Assist in budgeting and forecasting for maintenance-related expenditures. Support compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Participate in training programs to stay updated with industry standards and best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations and maintenance, preferably in a similar industry. Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management software.
