Responsibilities: 1. Communicate and coordinate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects. 2. Track, follow up, and report on operational workflows, KPIs, and deadlines. 3. Collect and analyze operational data using Excel; generate accurate and actionable reports. 4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents in Chinese and English. 5. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in processes and systems. 6. Support logistics, procurement, and inventory tracking as needed. 7. Translate and interpret between Chinese and English when necessary for operations-related tasks. Qualification: 1. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Native in Arabic. 2. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). 3. Solid understanding of data analysis and operational reporting. 4. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. 7. Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
