Two bicycles, modification parts, a 48-volt scooter, and two 36-volt scooters for urgent sale

The 48V scooter only works with its charger. It comes with two keys, but I don't know what's wrong with it. The second scooter, I also don't know what's wrong—it doesn't work. The Rambho bike comes with many accessories: parts, two seats, a luggage rack, two supports, the original seat rod is present and replaced, iron pedals replaced, handle grips replaced, a part missing on the handlebar, tires inflated, and that's it. I might also have two tires and two 36V scooters parked from the beginning, both working and needing nothing. Also, a 16-inch Cobra bike needs a front fender and chain tensioning only.
