Assigning tasks to technicians and workers, and monitoring the performance of subcontractors. Scheduling work plans and ensuring teams adhere to designated timelines. Ensuring timely availability of materials and equipment, and coordinating procurement requests with management. - Second: Quality Control (Quality Control) Inspecting completed fieldwork and verifying compliance with drawings and engineering requirements. Monitoring the quality of materials used before and during construction. Documenting technical observations and submitting engineering reports to the technical department or consultant. Participating in quality tests such as concrete, insulation, or final finishes. - Third: Technical Supervision Reviewing shop drawings and clarifying any field conflicts. Proposing technical solutions for on-site issues in coordination with the design engineer or consultant. Ensuring implementation of occupational safety instructions on site (OSHA / Civil Defense). Supervising different construction phases: from structural works to final finishes. - Fourth: Occupational Safety (Safety Supervision) Implementing occupational health and safety regulations and guidelines on site. Monitoring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Preparing incident and hazard reports and providing preventive recommendations. - Fifth: Reporting and Follow-up Preparing daily/weekly progress reports and completion percentages. Submitting field photos and observations to the technical office or senior management. Documenting actual quantities executed and comparing them against contracts and invoices. Participating in regular meetings with the client or consultant to discuss progress and observations. - Sixth: General Coordination Coordinating among various disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical, finishing) to ensure proper workflow sequence.
