I have a housing grant including land and a loan, but I only received the land

I received land and a loan from Sakani. I received the land, but did not receive the loan due to a mistake in the defaulters list. I filed a lawsuit against SIMA, and after three years, the judge ruled to remove me from SIMA's list! Now when I apply for the loan, they say your land is your support, meaning what didn't happen three years ago is now against me.
