2016 Camry Scrapped Due to Violations

I cannot sell it without canceling its license plates, as it has numerous violations that remain unpaid and cannot be transferred. The license plates must be canceled, and the vehicle must be scrapped. The car is missing its rear bumper and has a dent on the right rear fender. The impact affected only the bodywork. Oil leakage occurs due to damage in some of the seals.
