Urgent Sale of Apartment with Warranty

Peace be upon you I need to vacate my apartment as I will be relocating from Riyadh. The apartment is located in the Granata district, next to the metro station. Three months remain on the quarterly rental contract; rent is 5,000 SAR. All appliances and furniture are new and available for sale with warranty.
