Raya International Services, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments, is looking to hire an Oracle Program Manager with the below job responsibilities and qualifications: Key job responsibilities: Nature of job impact: Conduct the project planning activities and manage the execution of large scale, high risk, or strategic projects according to plan. Evaluate complex situations accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcome for the customer. Lead cross-functional/Project Managers teams towards delivering defined project outputs in terms of time, budget and project quality. Participate in developing project management best practices and ensure they are adhered to. Perform Project Management Reviews and reinforce the enterprise knowledge management through the communication of lessons learned and best practices development. Maintain project documentation and updates to relevant knowledge management bases; analyze lessons learned and share with the organization’s project management community. Manage the financial aspects of large-scale project; budgeting and estimate to actual variance. Manage all contract terms including changes in work scope, timeline and obligations, and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to formalize and administer contract changes. Build customer relationships with the clear expectation to deliver follow-on business or identify opportunities within an account. Deal with difficult issues at the customer and find win-win solutions. Areas job impacts: Impact the performance of the project management team members; ensure customer satisfaction, thus increasing number of projects requested and overall company revenue.

Key Responsibilities -Equipment Installation and Commissioning Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and configuration of electrical and instrumentation systems for new equipment, ensuring they meet production requirements. -Routine Maintenance and Troubleshooting Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment, promptly identify and resolve system issues to ensure continuous and safe production. -System Calibration and Testing Use standard testing instruments to calibrate equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability. -Documentation and Reporting Maintain maintenance records and prepare fault analysis reports to support equipment management and improvement. -Safety and Compliance Follow all relevant safety regulations and operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications / Requirements Education: Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of experience maintaining electrical and instrumentation equipment in an industrial environment. Technical Skills: Familiar with electrical control systems, PLCs, DCS, VFDs, and other instrumentation equipment operation and maintenance. Certifications: Relevant electrical or instrumentation certifications are preferred. Language and Communication: Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
