PC and 165 Hz Monitor

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful PC: 1650 Super, i5-10400F processor, H510M K motherboard RAM: 16 GB at 3200 MHz; SSD: 1000 GB Purchased in 2023; the PC remains in good condition and is suitable for casual and shooter games. For very demanding games, frame rates may be low. Fortnite: ~200 FPS on Low settings, ~120–130 FPS on Medium; approximately 80–90 FPS on Medium (estimated). Runs Grand Theft Auto V smoothly at 80–90 FPS. The monitor is excellent—165 Hz, 23 inches—with minor scratches; the power cable requires firm pressure to maintain connection (to activate the monitor). No issue if purchasing either the PC alone or the monitor alone—but please offer a fair price.
