2004 Hyundai Elantra, manual transmission. Engine tuned up 4 to 6 months ago; transmission is in good condition, but the starter emits a clicking sound—I’m unsure of the cause. The registration has been valid for approximately 7 months, and the vehicle inspection has expired. The starter does not operate; there may be an issue with the fuel pump—I’m uncertain. For sale: either as scrap or to someone who will relocate and use it.
