In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing maintenance plans and schedules, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and facilities. Responsibilities: Develop maintenance plans and schedules for equipment and facilities Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to ensure efficient execution of maintenance activities Analyze equipment performance data and identify areas for improvement Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and downtime Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Collaborate with procurement team to ensure availability of required spare parts Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance team Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner or similar role Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling principles Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as SAP or Maximo Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Relevant certifications or training in maintenance planning is a plus Benefits Salary is not a constraint ,company is looking for right candidate .
