Hello. Sony 5 is brand new. I have only used it once—honestly, it has been with me for only four months. The device works perfectly without any issues. There is a very slight crack on the top surface; it fell from my hand once, but internally it remains intact and fully functional. Sony 5 is ready to go. I will also include the CD case with the unit.
