Second: Competent courts and judicial authorities The judicial system in the Kingdom is based on a hierarchical and specialized court structure: General Courts: Handle civil and real estate cases, labor cases (not under the jurisdiction of specialized labor courts), and some criminal cases. Criminal Courts: Hear all criminal cases (hudud, qisas, ta'zir). Personal Status Courts: Exclusively handle family, inheritance, and endowment cases. Commercial Courts: Handle commercial disputes, companies, commercial papers, bankruptcy. Labor Courts: Handle disputes between employees and employers. Diwan Al-Mazalim (Administrative Courts): The judicial body responsible for hearing administrative cases filed against government entities. The Supreme Court: The highest judicial authority in the Kingdom, responsible for overseeing the application of laws and reviewing final judgments. Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development: Supervises the labor market, labor disputes, and the General Organization for Social Insurance.
