Sony 4 does not complain

‏The Sony doesn't complain about anything, because if you insert the tape, it won't come out unless you hit it to get it out. The Sony never stops needing cleaning, but once I cleaned it, I damaged the HDMI port. The Sony comes with a new clean ribbon tape and a hand, but the hand doesn't work on the Sony. I don't know the reason.
