iPhone 6s Unlock Request

I have an iPhone 6s stuck on the Apple logo. I think the problem is that the memory is full. I took it to several shops and they said it needs to be formatted, and the problem won't be fixed otherwise. I want to unlock it and retrieve the photos and data inside only. If anyone can unlock it without formatting, I don't mind paying 500 Riyals.
