




Act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, understanding business needs and translating them into Oracle HRMS solutions. Analyze, gather, and document functional requirements for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), especially HR-related modules. Configure and support Oracle HRMS modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Self-Service HR (SSHR), Performance Management, and AME. Design and develop custom components using PL/SQL, APIs, user hooks, triggers, and custom tables. Create and enhance workflows, fast formulas, and approval hierarchies in Oracle HRMS. Perform technical troubleshooting and resolve system integration or data issues. Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components). Participate in system upgrades and patch testing; ensure compatibility of customizations. Conduct training sessions for end users and provide post-implementation support. Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation throughout the system lifecycle. Work closely with DBA and infrastructure teams on deployments, data migration, and performance tuning. Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data integrity standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in a techno-functional role within Oracle EBS / HRMS environments. Proven hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Oracle HRMS modules. Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, Fast Formula, and Workflow Builder. Strong understanding of HR business processes, and ability to align them with system design. Experience with end-to-end ERP implementations, data migration, and user training. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).
