Key Responsibilities:  Customer Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Act as the primary technical point of contact for prospective and existing clients during the sales cycle.  Conduct in-depth discovery sessions, workshops, and technical deep-dives to thoroughly understand customer business objectives, technical requirements, pain points, and existing infrastructure.  Translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and actionable technical requirements and solution designs.  Multi-Cloud Solution Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and present innovative, scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures leveraging services across GCP, Azure, and AWS.  Architect solutions covering IaaS, PaaS, Serverless, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, Networking, Security, DevOps, and Hybrid Cloud scenarios.  Ensure proposed solutions align with industry best practices, compliance standards, and the customer's long-term strategic goals.  Proposal & Solution Development: Craft comprehensive technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), solution briefs, and architectural diagrams that clearly articulate the proposed solution, its benefits, and the implementation roadmap.  Develop compelling business cases and ROI analyses to demonstrate the value and impact of proposed cloud solutions.  Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure proposed solutions are deliverable, profitable, and meet customer expectations.  Technical Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver engaging and persuasive technical presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives.  Articulate complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, focusing on business value and outcomes.  Best Practices & Value Delivery: Champion cloud best practices in areas such as security, cost optimization, operational excellence, reliability, and performance.  Advise customers on cloud governance, migration strategies, and modernization pathways.  Ensure that every proposed solution is designed to deliver the highest possible value and measurable business outcomes for the client.  Market & Technology Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest cloud technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes across GCP, Azure, and AWS.  Contribute to the development of new service offerings, intellectual property, and thought leadership content.  Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars as a subject matter expert.  Required Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science  5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a cloud architecture or engineering role.  2+ years of dedicated experience in a presales, consulting, or customer-facing technical role.  Deep architectural and hands-on experience with at least two, and strong familiarity with all three, major cloud providers (Azure, GCP, AWS).  Proven experience designing and implementing complex cloud solutions, including migrations, modernizations, and greenfield deployments.  Strong understanding of cloud security principles, networking, identity and access management, and compliance frameworks.  Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates, Bicep).  Experience with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.  Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.  Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.  Preferred Qualifications:  Professional-level certifications from at least on one cloud provider (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect). Additional technology areas are plus.  Experience with hybrid cloud architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
