Where does overthinking come from? • What’s the difference between Monkey Mind and excessive thinking? • Does overthinking protect us? Or does it drain us? • How do we distinguish between 'healthy thinking' and an 'internal spiral'? • Is overthinking linked to fear? Anxiety?
