Senior Manager - Business Analysis (CDU2)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our Knowledge Management department, where innovation, collaboration, and digital transformation are central to our mission. This role supports the adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Copilot, to improve knowledge sharing, streamline workflows, and enable data-informed decision-making across the organization.   As a key contributor, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and support the implementation of AI-driven solutions that enhance how knowledge is captured, organized, and utilized. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and knowledge management goals. Support data collection, analysis, and interpretation efforts to inform decision-making and strategic initiatives. Leverage AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance data analysis, automate reporting, and deliver actionable insights. Analyze both structured and unstructured data to identify trends, assess value, and develop use cases for operational teams. Translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language for both technical and non-technical audiences. Educate team members and stakeholders on data literacy, empowering them to independently interpret data and derive insights. Provide guidance to junior analysts, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless information flow and coordinate project activities. Work with senior management to align business analysis efforts with organizational and departmental strategies. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex challenges. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and knowledge management. Oversee digital document control processes using platforms such as Aconex, ensuring compliance and operational discipline. Apply foundational programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, or working with LLMs) to support data analysis and automation tasks. Develop and present data visualizations using tools like Power BI to communicate insights effectively. Consistently model and promote behaviors aligned with Qiddiya’s core values. Requirements 7-9 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree. PMP or equivalent project management certification (such as Prince2, Agile, etc.) is considered desirable. Hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Microsoft Copilot. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to drive automation, enhance productivity, and deliver actionable insights across business units. Experience designing and optimizing workflows using Power Platform and integrating AI capabilities to support business intelligence and reporting. Strong background in stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. Ability to mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices in data analysis and digital tool adoption. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience supporting change management initiatives to drive adoption of digital tools and AI technologies across diverse stakeholder groups.
