Responsibilities: Analyze clients' business needs and challenges to provide tailored digital solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement innovative business process improvements. Utilize data analytics and insights to drive decision-making and optimize performance. Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on digital tools and best practices. Conduct feasibility studies and develop business cases for digital initiatives. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for enhancement. Ensure project deliverables are aligned with client expectations and quality standards. Champion change management practices to facilitate smooth transitions to new systems and processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is highly preferred. Proven experience in business consultancy, digital transformation, or process improvement roles. Strong understanding of digital technologies, business processes, and data analytics. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify solutions to complex challenges. Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams. Experience in change management methodologies and practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Willingness to travel to client sites as required. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the stakeholders to identify and prioritize the business needs, scope of work, and requirements. Write clear and comprehensive, internal and external documentation such as business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories.
