Qiddiya Investment Company is searching for a skilled and dedicated Senior Specialist - Security Operations to enhance our robust security measures across our expansive entertainment district. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that our operations are secure, efficient, and compliant with regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of security strategies, managing response protocols, and promoting a culture of safety within Qiddiya. As a Senior Specialist, you will work closely with the security team to enhance operational workflows and oversee the integration of security technology. Your expertise will help in mitigating risks, responding to incidents, and ensuring the safety of all guests and personnel. Responsibilities • Monitor and manage daily IT security operations of the Managed Service Provider (MSP). • Oversee Service Requests (SRs), Change Requests (CRs), and adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Ensure tasks are completed on time with accurate reporting. • Track and verify vulnerabilities reported within MSP-managed security controls. • Work with the MSP to prioritize fixes and ensure adherence to the organization’s security policies. • Review and validate MSP-generated reports, including Weekly Reports, Health Check Reports, and Active Incidents/Requests/Change Requests Reports. • Confirm accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements. • Offer insights and suggestions to improve the organization’s security posture. • Ensure rapid resolution and thorough documentation of root cause analyses. • Partner with internal teams and the MSP to align on security strategies. • Communicate risks and implement preventive measures. • Identify ways to improve MSP processes, tools, and security controls. • Enhance the organization’s overall security Operation. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in IT security operations, with at least 2 years working with MSPs or in a customer-side security role. Thorough understanding of security operations, threat assessment, and risk management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
