Manager - Data Analytics (RES918)

Qiddiya Investment Company, a leader in the development of a transformative entertainment and cultural destination in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Manager for Interior Design specializing in Residential projects. This pivotal role will focus on creating exceptional living environments that harmonize functionality, aesthetics, and comfort within our residential developments. As the Manager for Data Analyst, you will lead data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts to support strategic decision-making across the residential development portfolio. Your ability to build structured data environments, apply analytical models, and extract meaningful insights will be key to optimizing design, planning, and delivery strategies. This role blends technical expertise with a strong understanding of the residential sector to ensure data accuracy, usability, and impact across all stages of the development lifecycle. Responsibilities: Collecting and scraping data online from websites, databases, and government platforms. Organizing and cleaning data gathered online, from internal presentations, reports, and team members. Develop and maintain structured, accurate, and detailed information databases for ongoing use. Create graphs, dashboards, and charts using large data sets to support internal presentations and strategic discussions. Support the development of a long-term data strategy, including data structuring, storage, and access recommendations. Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and patterns. Collaborate with team members to define data needs and reporting requirements. Summarize findings and provide clear data-driven insights to support business and operational decisions. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across different reporting tools and platforms. Assist in automating data collection and reporting processes where applicable. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in data analysis, demonstrating a strong track record of managing complex datasets, developing analytical models, and delivering actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data models, and complex formulas. Strong knowledge of Python and/or R for statistical analysis, modeling, and automation. Skilled in data visualization using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Proven experience working with large data sets, preferably within the real estate or residential development sector.
