CBS is seeking a highly experienced feasibility study specialist to join our diverse team. In this key role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive economic and technical analyses of potential projects and providing recommendations based on feasibility study results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market practices, assess risks, and identify investment opportunities. You will also play a vital role in preparing reports and delivering presentations to stakeholders, contributing to informed decision-making. Responsibilities Conduct detailed feasibility studies for new and proposed projects. Analyze economic, social, and technological factors affecting projects. Prepare and present comprehensive reports containing clear recommendations. Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary data and conduct market analysis. Assess risks and profitability, and provide innovative solutions. Communicate effectively with different departments to enhance understanding of feasibility and impact. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of experience in feasibility studies or financial analysis. Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to present complex information clearly. Experience with statistical analysis tools and relevant software. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Professional certifications in financial analysis or feasibility studies are preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate and coordinate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects. 2. Track, follow up, and report on operational workflows, KPIs, and deadlines. 3. Collect and analyze operational data using Excel; generate accurate and actionable reports. 4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents in Chinese and English. 5. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in processes and systems. 6. Support logistics, procurement, and inventory tracking as needed. 7. Translate and interpret between Chinese and English when necessary for operations-related tasks. Qualification: 1. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Native in Arabic. 2. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). 3. Solid understanding of data analysis and operational reporting. 4. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. 7. Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.

The Senior Specialist – Business Support Applications Operations at Qiddiya Investment Company plays a critical role in ensuring the effective operation and management of business support applications across the organization. This position involves troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining applications that support various business functions, driving efficiency and enhancing user experiences. Key Responsibilities Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of business support applications related to asset management. Monitor application health, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs. Coordinate effectively with internal IT teams and external vendors for timely issue resolution and system maintenance. Support and maintain IT applications for physical asset management (e.g., EAM Maximo, Yardi, Experience Systems). Ensure data integrity and system reliability across all asset lifecycle management tools. Provide technical expertise and operational support to enhance application performance and user satisfaction. Manage application changes, patches, and releases in coordination with Change Advisory Boards (CAB). Conduct impact analysis, testing, and validation for new releases or system enhancements. Document changes and ensure compliance with IT governance policies. Act as the primary liaison between business units (e.g., asset management, operations) and IT for all matters related to business support applications. Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable plans. Provide guidance and support to end-users and ensure alignment with business needs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in IT application operations or support. At least 3 years in a senior or specialist role, with hands-on experience managing asset management applications Strong understanding of asset management systems (e.g., Maximo, Yardi).
