As a Database Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and management of the company's databases. You will be responsible for ensuring the security, availability, and performance of the databases, as well as coordinating with other teams to meet the organization's data needs. Responsibilities Develop and implement database strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective data management. Monitor and troubleshoot database performance, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of database systems. Manage database security, ensuring data protection and privacy. Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement database solutions to support business requirements. Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements. Lead and manage a team of database administrators and developers. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in database management. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science or Information Technology with at least 5 years of experience in the field. Experience in the field of database management for operating systems. Extensive experience in the field of Server Integration Services Extensive experience in the field of Application Technology Extensive experience in Database administration Experience in the field of SharePoint Experience in the field of SSO Experience in the field of Windows, Hardware computing, and Windows servers 0S Proven experience in leading and managing a team of database administrators and developers. Strong knowledge of database management systems, such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL. Experience with data governance and regulatory requirements, such as GDPR. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of business support applications related to asset management. Monitor application health, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs.
