The desire to be wanted is one of the deepest needs we feel as human beings. We need to feel that we matter to someone, that we are valued in our relationships, in our work, and within our social circles. This feeling gives us inner confidence and comfort, and helps us feel that our existence has meaning. But when we heavily depend on how others perceive us or on external validation, that's when confusion begins. In this session, we’ll open up space to explore questions such as: What is the difference between healthy communication and seeking acceptance from the people around me? How does our need for acceptance affect our relationships and communication with others? What role do childhood experiences or past events play in shaping this need within us? Have you ever experienced a feeling of being unappreciated or unwanted? How did it affect you? And many more questions! How will the session proceed? ⁃ We’ll divide into small groups (4–5 people) to discuss and exchange perspectives. ⁃ We’ll switch tables to hear new viewpoints and ask new questions. ⁃ We’ll conclude by sharing insights and takeaways from the session. ⚠️ Payment of fees in advance is required to confirm your attendance. Fee: 30 SAR via STCPAY 0559493074 Date: Wednesday, August 13, 9–11 PM Location: Planet Café, Al-Hamra District Everyone is welcome.
