Description

As the Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for proactively identifying new real estate development opportunities. You will conduct both on-ground scouting, visit sites and engage with sales teams, and in-depth online and governmental research to uncover projects at various stages. Your responsibilities extend to meticulously collecting, structuring, and maintaining this raw data in our centralised dashboard. By ensuring data validation and providing timely insights, you will act as the primary filter for our Business Development team, driving early opportunity identification and supporting strategic decision-making KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: On-Ground Project Scouting Conduct physical site visits to identify under-construction, newly launched, or pre-launch real estate projects. Engage with site personnel, brokers, or sales teams to gather basic project details and developer contacts. Monitor signage, hoardings, and field activity to identify new opportunities in target zones. Online & Governmental Research Scan online portals, real estate websites, and regulatory platforms (e.g., Balady, WAFI, municipalities) to identify newly approved projects. Extract approval statuses, license numbers, developer registrations, and project milestones. Raw Data Collection & Structuring Gather project-specific data, including location, land size, developer name, stage of construction, and contact details. Record and upload data in a standardised format to a centralised backend dashboard created for business development. Dashboard Management & Updation Maintain and regularly update the internal database with verified, timestamped entries for all scouted projects. Classify entries by project stage (approved, under construction, nearing completion), region, and developer profile. Data Validation & Coordination Coordinate with Relationship Managers to validate project information before initiating commercial discussions. Share field insights to support negotiation strategies, feasibility assessments, and project prioritisation. Early Opportunity Identification Act as the first layer of opportunity filtration for business development by continuously identifying fresh leads. Provide timely alerts for projects in high-demand corridors, newly launched phases, or government-endorsed zones. Requirements Qualifications : Graduate degree in business, finance and/or economics. BBA is preferred. Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar role in the same industry. Knowledge: Familiarity with the KSA real estate business and industry, and upcoming projects in KSA, would be highly advantageous given the context. Familiarity with real estate terminology, project stages (pre-launch, under construction, completed), and market dynamics (e.g., high-demand corridors). Research & Information Gathering: Strong ability to effectively utilise various sources (on-ground, online portals, government sites) to extract relevant project details. Data Management & Organisation: Proficiency in organising, standardising, and maintaining large datasets within a digital dashboard. Understanding of database principles is a plus. Proficient in using online platforms, real estate portals, regulatory websites, and internal digital dashboards. Skills: Analytics, Stakeholder Management, Data Compilation, Contracts, MIS. Attention to Detail & Accuracy: Meticulousness in collecting, structuring, and inputting data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Errors in this role would have significant downstream impacts. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage effectively with site personnel, brokers, sales teams, and internal Relationship Managers to gather and validate information. This pivotal role is essential for identifying, assessing, and managing operational and non-financial risks that could impact the successful execution of our projects. As the Manager of Operational & Non-Financial Risks, you will be responsible for developing a robust risk management framework, conducting thorough risk assessments, and collaborating with various departments to implement effective risk mitigation strategies. Your expertise will ensure that potential risks are effectively managed, enabling Qiddiya to achieve its ambitious goals.
