Position Overview: The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for leading and standardizing guest engagement and service excellence across all restaurant brands under our portfolio. This is a high-profile, group-level role that requires a strategic thinker, charismatic leader, and hospitality professional with a passion for creating memorable guest journeys. You will work closely with each restaurant’s management team to ensure a consistently elevated experience aligned with our luxury brand values.
