Position: Group Reservations Manager (Restaurants) Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Salary: SAR 15,000 per month Benefits: Annual flight ticket + All other entitlements as per Saudi labor law A leading hospitality group renowned for its collection of restaurants is seeking a highly organised and guest-focused Group Reservations Manager (Restaurants) to oversee the reservations function across all dining venues within the group. Based in Riyadh, this strategic role ensures efficient booking operations, high guest satisfaction, and optimal table utilisation. Key Responsibilities: Manage the central reservations office for the group’s restaurant portfolio, ensuring prompt, courteous, and accurate handling of all booking inquiries. Optimise table allocations to maximise covers and revenue, while preserving the guest experience. Coordinate closely with restaurant managers and hosts to ensure real-time communication and smooth guest flow. Maintain up-to-date records of guest preferences, VIPs, and special requests to support personalised service. Oversee the use and configuration of reservation platforms (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar). Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on reservations performance and no-show trends. Lead, train, and develop the reservations team to uphold brand standards in service and communication. Manage group bookings, private events, and special occasions in collaboration with the F&B and events teams. Address guest concerns and feedback with professionalism and care. Requirements Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar reservations management role, preferably within luxury or fine dining restaurants. Strong command of restaurant reservation systems and CRM platforms. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. Proven leadership abilities and a detail-oriented, service-driven mindset. Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
