Description

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and support (pre-sale and after-sale) through hotline and other channels. 2. Assist merchants with stock replenishment and follow up on orders. 3. Support sales activities and maintain strong relationships with merchants. 4. Assist with other daily operational tasks as needed. Requirements： 1. Fluent in Arabic and English 2. Basic knowledge of everyday products, vegetables, and meats 3. Passion for customer service and helping others 4. Willingness to work shifts and on holidays
