Job Purpose: We are looking for a skilled and proactive OpenShift Support Engineer to join our cloud infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing OpenShift clusters, deploying containerized applications, and providing end-to-end platform support. This role requires strong technical knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift, with a focus on ensuring system reliability, performance, and security. The engineer will collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to support scalable and resilient containerized environments.   Key Responsibilities ·       Manage and maintain Red Hat OpenShift clusters to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability. ·       Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot containerized applications and services using OpenShift and Kubernetes. ·       Continuously monitor cluster health, performance, and capacity; implement optimization strategies as needed. ·       Collaborate with development teams to deploy, scale, and manage microservices-based applications. ·       Configure and maintain critical platform integrations such as NTP, LDAP, and storage solutions for persistent data. ·       Implement and maintain robust security practices, including vulnerability patching and access controls for OpenShift environments. ·       Automate operational tasks using scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) and infrastructure as code tools such as Ansible and Terraform. ·       Support backup, disaster recovery, and failover solutions for containerized workloads. ·       Perform regular upgrades and patching of OpenShift components and dependencies. ·       Troubleshoot issues related to networking, storage, and application performance in containerized environments. ·       Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning, and platform optimization initiatives. ·       Evaluate third-party tools and plugins to enhance cluster capabilities and improve operational efficiency. ·       Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, best practices, and troubleshooting playbooks. ·       Stay updated with the latest developments in OpenShift, Kubernetes, and container orchestration technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Preferred banking experience 4+ years of experience in private cloud infrastructure engineering or similar roles. Proven track record of managing large-scale private cloud environments  Technical Expertise: o   Proven experience managing OpenShift clusters in a production environment. o   Strong troubleshooting skills for Kubernetes, OpenShift, and containerized workloads. o   Hands-on experience with NTP and LDAP configuration in OpenShift. o   Solid understanding of container networking, storage management, and performance monitoring. o   Experience implementing security best practices for containerized environments. o   Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with DevOps, development, and infrastructure teams. o   Familiarity with disaster recovery, backups, and high-availability design.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Penetration Testing Engineer to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive penetration tests on our systems, networks, and applications to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our digital assets by simulating real-world cyberattacks and providing actionable recommendations for remediation. Responsibilities: Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessment: Conduct internal and external penetration tests on web applications, mobile applications, networks, and infrastructure. Perform vulnerability assessments and security audits to identify weaknesses and potential attack vectors. Utilize various penetration testing tools and techniques, including manual and automated methods. Simulate real-world attack scenarios to assess the effectiveness of existing security controls. Perform social engineering assessments, if required. Perform wireless network assessments. Reporting and Remediation: Document and report identified vulnerabilities with clear and concise descriptions, including severity levels and potential impact. Provide detailed recommendations for remediation and mitigation strategies. Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Track and verify the implementation of remediation efforts. The QA Lead is a critical function within the QA team.  Reporting directly to a QA Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with the external deployment project manager, producer, product manager, external dev teams, QA teams and the Engineering teams to ensure best in class test coverage for the game teams’ projects.You’re a master of communication, bug finding wizard, and test case management specialist - able to both lead coordinate a legion of testers with delegated tasks as well as roll up your sleeves to take on the solo mission of assisting our cross-functional teams as an autonomous, expert QA specialist.
