Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred. Minimum of 12 -16 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on real estate or development finance. Strong background in financial modeling, investment analysis, and strategic financial planning. Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information clearly. Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
