Engage with external contractors and consultants to facilitate effective cost communication and management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is desirable. At least 10-15 years of relevant experience in cost planning or financial management within the construction or real estate development sectors, with substantial experience in a leadership role. Demonstrated expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing talent. Proficient in cost management software and advanced Excel skills. Professional certifications such as RICS, AACE, or similar are advantageous. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
