Innovative Solutions is committed to its mission to “Bring Trust to Cyberspace” to ensure “Your Business, Secured!”.   Role Description: The Chief Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the organization. Responsible for overseeing key accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Cashflow Management, General Ledger maintenance, and Financial Reporting, the role ensures compliance with local and international accounting standards. Additionally, the Chief Accountant leads the statutory audit process, working closely with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial disclosures. This position supports strategic decision-making by providing reliable financial insights and maintaining robust financial controls in alignment with the company’s mission.   Responsibilities: Assist the Finance Manager in managing all financial aspects of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and internal controls. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Assist in external audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA holder will be preferred. Chartered Accountant from a Recognized Body. Minimum 8 Years Experience with exposure in working at a Technology company will be advantageous. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
