Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives. contribute to the food and beverage sector, particularly in a Lebanese restaurant Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and promote service offerings. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our services. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met. Identify growth and expansion opportunities, whether through opening new branches, forming strategic partnerships, launching new products, or targeting new customer segments. Study the local market and competitors, and provide analytical reports to senior management. Propose and manage marketing campaigns and events that enhance brand positioning. Develop improvement plans for products and services in collaboration with the chef and operations management. Negotiate with potential investors and partners, and prepare presentations and initial contracts. Monitor and analyze customer experiences and provide ongoing development recommendations. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role. proven experience working in a dine-in setting at a Lebanese restaurant Strong knowledge of business development strategies and the sales process. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

This role is integral to our mission of establishing Qiddiya as a premier global hub for motorsport and automotive entertainment in Saudi Arabia. As the Director of Motorsport Business Development & Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to create and enhance motorsport-related opportunities, partnerships, and experiences.
