The immediate focus will be the Staff Accommodation assets coming to market by 2026.   The Staff Accommodation portfolio encompasses assets under Asset Management’s remit for housing the employees of theme parks, hotels, Qiddiya and others associated companies and includes retail, leisure, entertainment and F&B assets. The portfolio will grow substantially over the next five years.
